i’ve been offline most of this week at a conference in DC. i ate mostly conference food while i was there, but did have a good buffalo chicken experience at a place called fado on capital hill, and had brats and cupcakes at a bbq at one point. haven’t checked to see whether the buffalo chicken photos turned out, so no promises there.
on my way out of town i caught this photo of five guys on my crappy phone camera. stay tuned for photos of my bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. robyn and the president weren’t wrong… it was delicious.

Yay! I’m so glad you liked the Five Guys burger. And that it lived up to the hype of me not shutting up about that place for the past six months. Ha!
I’ll be curious to see a true american hamburger on the plate
there are some new concepts here in Portugal now, of gourmet burger, really nice!
